OCTOBER 4: Final scores are in and the season has ended! See you all at the party this Saturday.

SEPT. 26: As it sits now, the party is ready to go, most of the makeup games have been played, and our funds have held us in the black. So, here's the poop:

Oregano's, corner of Midlothian and Gilmer. For you GPS-savvy folks, it's 119 W. Gilmer Rd., Hawthorn Woods. Telephone is 847 566 3003. Party starts at 6PM on Saturday, October 6, 2007. Cash bar 6PM to 7PM (drinks available all night). Dinner starts at 7PM and the party will go until 11PM. We currently have 20 people confirmed. If you wish to bring a non-bocce team guest, cost will be $28 per person (payable to Bill Steele), which includes tip, tax and gratuity. Soft drinks and coffee are part of the dinner package. We have booked the private room at Oregano's and it will be a good time. BE THERE! Oh, and by the way, someone will be taking pictures so if you do something that you don't want to share with the rest of the world via the internet, then, well, don't. - Disclaimer: The editor of this website has admittedly altered images in Photoshop which can, at times, put ordinary people in compromising scenarios, so be very aware. You have been warned! And no, this is not small print, you're just blind.

SEPT. 18: It looks like we will be a bit short of funds for the party (too many makeup games not played, etc.), but the show must go on...so we will be letting you know shortly about how much $$ each team must contribute to the dinner party fund. Stay tuned, and if you can get those games finished, DO IT! -Bill

NOTICE: We need to know who will be attending the Oct. 6 party and must have a head count by Sept. 21. You will need to notify Vito or Bill with your party attendance count.   Depending on how much we have collected at the end,  there may be an additional amount due from everyone to cover the food cost.  Also, if you have included in your attendance number, a spouse or other person who will be attending the party, and who is not a team member, additional cost will be assessed. The total cost of the party will be determined by Sept. 28 when the full amount of the party must be paid to Oregano's.  You will receive an email just prior to the time we need to pay for the room. This way we'll all be covered for the cost of the food at the party.


Saturday October 6 is our banquet! KEEP THIS NIGHT OPEN! The party will be held at OREGANO'S in Hawthorn Woods. We should have adequate cash in our reserve as long as us, uh, I mean, you bad players keep donating those big $$ to the kitty. This site will keep you informed and up-to-date once we get to the end of the series.
